Rotary Burrs mainly for electric tools or pneumatic tools drive (also can be installed on the machine), rotating speed of 6000-40000 rpm, the need to use the tool clamping, clamping, cutting direction from right to left uniform movement, not reciprocating cutting at the same time, not too much force, to prevent cutting flying work, please use protective glasses.

The lubricant can be used in conjunction with the lubricant, liquid wax lubricants and synthetic lubricants are more effective. The lubricants can be regularly dripped to the file head.
Selection of grinding speed
High speed is very important for effective and economical use of a head. The higher running speed is also helpful for reducing the chip assembly of the file grooves, and at the same time, it is also helpful for cutting corners of workpiece and reducing the possibility of cutting interference or wedge deflection. However, this will also increase the possibility of the fracture of the file handle.
Cemented Carbide Rotary Burrs should run at 1500 to 3000 feet per minute. According to this standard, there are many kinds of rotary files for grinding machine choice. For example, the 30000- rotary grinding machine can select a file with a diameter of 3/16 "to 3/8", and the grinding machine for the 22000- rotation can select a file with a diameter of 1/4 to 1/2. But for more effective operations, it is best to choose the most commonly used diameter. In addition, it is also very important for the grinding environment and the maintenance of the system. It is assumed that a 22000- rotary grinding machine often fails, which may be the cause of too little change.
